Established in 1982 by the late John A. Pleasant and Marie Pleasant, Pleasant's BBQ is one of the oldest restaurants in Ocean Springs and a longtime local institution. The family-owned smokehouse is known for its signature slow-smoked brisket, mac and cheese, and collard greens.
